The Fulham Feel Good Vegan Fest comes out of the growing vegan scene in Fulham, reflected in the North End Road Strategy to make it an Ethical and Vegan Quarter.
The festival will showcase the amazing range of incredible vegan foods now available as well as the health, environmental and ethical benefits of a vegan lifestyle.
Fulham is becoming a mecca for great vegan food. Vegan Restaurants in and around Fulham include O Burger – Brooklyn Pizza – 222 Veggie Vegan – Eat of Eden – Simply Vegan, Tell Your Friends and many more.
The festival aims to bring vegan cuisine to new customers, highlighting the range of delicious vegan foods available locally.
Veganism has grown exponentially in recent years. Individuals like world champion F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, comedian Russell Brand, musicians Sir Paul McCartney and Arianda Grande, and environmentalists Greta Thunberg and Chris Packam have changed the perception of veganism – bringing the issues surrounding it into the mainstream.
As well as great food and the very best in ethical stalls the Fulham Feel Good Vegan Fest will feature live music from vegan chart-band Peace On Your Plate, food demos by top vegan chefs, and talks and demos on vegan heath and yoga. Younger people will be well catered for too with various activities for all the family.
Fulham Feel Good Vegan Fest takes place on Saturday 18th September in Normand Park from 10am till 6pm. Entrance is free.
